Vice President of Compliance & Product Development

Cindi Parks has been ensuring the Company’s compliance with regulatory agencies and state insurance departments since her career with Old Republic began in 1977.  She is the authorized licensed agent for the Company and an active member of the Service Contract Reimbursement Committee of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) and Service Contract Industry Council (SCIC). In addition to her compliance duties, Cindi is also responsible for the development all new ORIAS products, which includes indepth research from a compliance perspective and supervision of final creation of forms and sales materials for implementation.
