Additional Information. All information, other than personal information subject to ORIAS’s Internet Privacy Policy, submitted to ORIAS through this Site or any related ORIAS Site is the property of ORIAS. ORIAS shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you may submit to ORIAS through this Site to improve our services. We shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding any submitted information except as specified in ORIAS's Internet Privacy Policy, as set forth in any additional terms and conditions relating to specific products or services, or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law.
Viruses. Because of the marked increase in the fabrication and proliferation of computer viruses affecting the Internet, we want to warn you about infections or viral contamination on your system. ORIAS reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with ORIAS in asserting any available defenses.
