As president of Old Republic Insured Automotive Services (ORIAS), Mike Cescon is responsible for directing and overseeing company strategy, underwriting and operational performance. Mike joined ORIAS as director of client services and underwriting, and has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. During his tenure, Mike has held various positions with the Company, and attributes his skills to prior experience in underwriting commercial property, physical damage insurance and general liability. He currently serves as president of automotive industry affiliates in the USA as well as vice president of Old Republic Insurance Company.
As Director of Operations for Old Republic Insured Automotive Services (ORIAS), Brad Hill is responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that ORIAS has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. As a key member of the senior management team, Brad reports directly to the President and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision through its operations. Brad joined ORIAS in February 2019, after a successful 23-year career in the telecommunications industry. Brad holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma City University, where he was Delta Mu Delta and graduated with Highest Honors. He also attained a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University, with a double major in Business Management and Marketing.
As Director of Business Development, Patrick McKenna is responsible for the growth of new and existing strategic partnerships. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in the Automobile/Relationship business, which includes more than 15 years working with dealer, agents, as well as internal staff focusing on growing, learning, and maximizing income potential. He has managed national sales teams and improved organizations from startups to publicly traded firms through trust, listening and always putting his clients/team first.
As Director of Claims, Robert Johnson oversees the day-to-day operations of the Company’s Auto Service Contract Claims, GAP Claims, and Customer Service departments. Robert has over 40 years’ experience in the automotive industry and joined ORIAS as an auto service contract claims adjuster in 1991. He has previously held positions within the Company as Auto Service Contract Claims Senior Adjuster, Auto Service Contract Claims Auditor, and Auto Service Contract Claims and Customer Service Supervisor. Robert is also a licensed property and casualty adjuster.
